Tough sexual predator bill taking shape for WV legislative action in June

Bluefield Daily Telegraph Some West Virginia officials who are working on a sex predator bill to be presented to the West Virginia Legislature in June predict the West Virginia law could become the toughest in the nation. The tougher the better, as long as it is written to hold up to a court challenge.
