Thanks, Alan--for funnelling all the money into the Waldo, while you were doing without...If you leave the Waldo longer, we'll have an entire orchard growing out from it, and maybe the added girth will increase its assessment: aaah, yeah--oops, almost forgot: you don't have to pay taxes on any of this stuff.
