Clarksburg seems to be moving in the right direction... What a great announcement - $230,000 for clean-up, these properties should be worth some money... maybe the Senior Citizens should have sold the house on Main St. for a profit instead of for the same price they bought it for, oh yea, it was actually sold for a loss - minus the property taxes, fire fees, and ect.
